Hi, My name is
Brandon and we are in the service industry too. We own and operate a
professional photography service in Lake Tahoe, CA.
for which we schedule appointments for photography session packages by the hour. We recently
switched over from the old-fashioned reservations book sitting next to the phone, to GenBook, a new web
based scheduling system for appointments and oh my goodness have we been getting reservations!
Our reservations have gone way up!!! We went from fairly steady, to extremely busy when we started
booking appointments online. Turns out that if you provide customers with an easy, convenient online
scheduling system right at your site, they'll definitely use it.
